+ What counts as a 'User'?

A 'User' is anyone who either 1) needs to log in to the application to administer it, and/or 2) anyone who needs to have their name recorded against tasks which are assigned to them.

+ Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes. If the number of users you have increases, contact us through our support portal to upgrade to a bigger plan. If the number of users on your account decreases, contact us through our support portal and we will adjust your subscription accordingly.

+ Does the plan include software updates?

All software updates are included in your subscription pricing.

+ Do I have to sign up for a long-term contract?

No. We don’t believe customers should be locked into using Apunga when it doesn’t suit their needs. Software-as-a-service means you pay per month as you go and you don’t need to pay thousands of dollars on implementing a new system. If Apunga doesn’t work out for you then you can cancel at any time.

+ What types of payment do you accept?

We accept credit or debit card payments via Visa or Mastercard. We also accept direct debit and Electronic Funds Transfer.

+ Which devices can I use Apunga on?

The web app runs on any modern web browser. The mobile app works on any smartphone or tablet running Apple iOS10 or higher or Android 5.0 or higher.

+ Where is my data stored?

Apunga’s servers are located in Australia within enterprise-grade hosting facilities that employ robust physical security controls to prevent physical access to the servers they house. These controls include 24/7/365 monitoring and surveillance, on-site security staff and regular ongoing security audits.
